Customers rely on Lowe's for everything from home improvement products to outdoor living essentials. As a Fulfillment Operations Associate, you are an essential part of ensuring the store is always prepared to meet their needs:
• Quickly addressing the needs of customers and colleagues while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor is an essential component of business success.
• It is essential to ensure that the goods are well-preserved, accurately documented, and dispatched swiftly to the customers to fulfill their needs and preferences.
• Ensuring the secure retrieval of merchandise for loading onto delivery trucks and providing assistance to both customers and team members in the safe handling of goods.

The Fulfillment Operations Associate position requires the fulfillment of various tasks to support customers, including pulling and preparing orders before pick-up, restocking shelves, and loading merchandise into customers' cars. The associate must be capable of collaborating with peers to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely products. Accuracy is a must for the proper delivery of products, and the associate should be able to pull and inspect merchandise accurately, in addition to checking invoices of loaded goods. Furthermore, the associate must unburden delivery trucks immediately and help in loading items such as large appliances. The associate must maintain safety standards, as manual lifting and shifting of merchandise is part of the work routine.

Travel Requirements:

Although regular travel is not required for this job role, there may be rare occasions where the employee has to travel for meetings, trainings, or to provide assistance to nearby stores.

We have outlined a set of attributes that we believe are crucial for success in this role, and we are searching for individuals who embody these qualities:
• Job Roles with Hourly Wages: Employees have the choice of working full time, which is typically 39 to 40 hours per week, or they can opt for part-time work which gives them up to 25 hours of work in a week, with additional hours that may be needed by the store.
• To be eligible for the position, it is mandatory to have morning, afternoon, and evening availability, without any exception.
• The role may require the ability to engage in extended periods of physical activity that may involve standing, sitting, and other necessary tasks.
• Being able to lift 25 pounds of weight without any help is a prerequisite for this job. The person may also need to handle loads that weigh more than 25 pounds, with or without assistance.

The Path to Success: The path to success is not always easy, but its worth it. It requires hard work, dedication, and a willingness to take risks:

Minimum Qualifications:
• The ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic operations is a critical competence.
• Capable of managing computing tasks with ease for 6 months, including inputting, accessing, modifying, and generating information.
• I am well-versed in the operation and application of established retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets, after 6 months of experience.
• Satisfying legal mandates to acquire sales related licensure or registration.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Six months of on-the-job retail experience.
• Candidates must have prior hands-on experience of at least six months in a home improvement or hardware store, performing tasks such as customer service or product fulfillment in various departments including but not limited to kitchen, plumbing, electrical, and lawn and garden.
• Within the last 6 months, I have gained valuable experience working in an industry that deals with moving, loading and unloading goods or materials from vehicles.
