Job Description

In this role, you’ll be responsible for inputting and updating data across several platforms, ensuring that all entries are accurate and up-to-date. Requirements

– High School Diploma or equivalent

– Strong computer skills, particularly with data entry software

– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

– Enter and update data in various databases with high accuracy

– Verify data by comparing it to source documents

– Review and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors

– Maintain confidentiality of data and comply with data protection policies

– Communicate with team members and other departments to resolve data discrepancies

– Participate in team meetings and provide insights on data processes

– Assist in generating reports and data analysis as needed

Educational Qualifications

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications in data management or computer operations are a plus.

Experience

Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to those who demonstrate potential and a willingness to learn.
