The FMS Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the Financial Management Services program, managing vendor onboarding, reimbursement processing, and billing coordination while ensuring timely and accurate handling of financial documentation.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate enrollment and onboarding of new FMS consumers and vendors in partnership with Regional CentersProcess and review high volumes of vendor reimbursement logs, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into billing systemsServe as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries related to payments, reimbursements, and documentation requirementsTrack and resolve reimbursement issues, communicating required corrections and follow-ups with vendorsPartner with Regional Centers to address authorization expirations, billing discrepancies, and required updatesCollaborate with accounting and branch teams to investigate and resolve billing and payment issuesMaintain organized and accurate records to support compliance and reporting requirementsSkills1–2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or operations rolesAbility to manage high-volume tasks with accuracy and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills for working with vendors, Regional Centers, and internal teamsSpanish Fluency RequiredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyEffective written and verbal communicationProblem-solving and issue resolution skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsAbility to work independently while collaborating within a team environmentExperience working with billing, reimbursements, or financial processesExperience in healthcare or service-based environmentsCompany OverviewOne of the largest, most trusted in-home care companies in the nation.
