What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement annual review of charge structure and patient charging process
- Coordinate efforts for completing scheduled reviews with all necessary areas
- Design and monitor processes for updating Hospital and Clinic chargemasters
- Ensure appropriateness of billing practices prior to new clinical services
- Participate in monthly Regulatory Compliance workgroup and disseminate information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or Financial Management with 5 years of relevant work experience
- Master's degree preferred
- Leadership positions and project management skills
- Detailed knowledge of hospital and professional charging and coding systems
- Effective oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous healthcare financial management or clinical experience
- Demonstrated success in project management roles
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations
