Job Description

As a Customer Care Representative at American Express, you will be the frontline support for our clients, ensuring they have the best possible experience with our financial services. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around engaging with customers, resolving inquiries, and providing expert guidance on American Express products and services.

You will manage a variety of customer interactions, including addressing questions about account information, transaction disputes, and promoting service enhancements that cater to our clients’ needs. Requirements

• Provide information on American Express services and products tailored to customer needs.
• Update customer records and document interactions in the company’s database.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
