Key Responsibilities
Ā Deliver counseling services to clients through telehealth and in-person sessions.
Ā Manage client self-scheduling based on your customized availability, ensuring your calendar is updated accordingly.
Ā Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our user-friendly online portal.
Ā Uphold ethical standards and prioritize client confidentiality in all interactions.
Required Skills
Ā Independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, PhD).
Ā Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ā Adaptability to manage a flexible work schedule.
Ā Proficiency in telehealth platforms.
Ā Experience in Employee Assistance Programs or similar counseling settings.
Qualifications
Ā Valid independent clinical designation required.
Ā Previous experience in counseling or social work is essential.
Ā Proven track record in managing a substantial client census is preferred.
Compensation And Benefits
Ā Competitive compensation ranging from (80 to )100 per remote session and (100 to )120 per in-person session, adjusted for location.
Ā Compensation for no-shows at 50% for telehealth sessions and 75% for in-person appointments.
Ā Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are compensated at the same rates.
Ā Bonus incentive structure allows you to earn up to 20% annually.
Ā High client volume with the convenience of self-scheduling.
