Remote/Field Investigator

Remote Investigator JNR Adjustment Company Full-time We're seeking a skilled Remote Investigator to join our team. As a remote investigator, you'll play a vital role in conducting investigations of utility and communication damages, developing professional relationships with clients and contractors, and ensuring efficient claim processing. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct remote research and investigation of utility and communication damages • Develop professional relationships with clients, contractors, and personnel through regular communication and virtual meetings • Utilize knowledge of State One Call Laws and Statutes, excavator requirements, and NESC standards in investigation work • Collect and process investigation materials using proprietary software • Assist Claims Recovery team with post-investigation tasks remotely • Maintain a working knowledge of the entire claims process and stay up-to-date on industry developments Requirements: • Valid driver's license and current insurance (for occasional on-site investigations) • Pass a complete background check and drug test • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and overall computer skills • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace • Investigation experience and knowledge of cable industry and/or utility locate industry a plus What We Offer: • Competitive compensation package • Excellent benefit package • Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company • Flexible work schedule, with occasional travel required for on-site investigations If you're a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in investigation and claims management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Remote Investigator.
