The role involves developing custom solutions, optimizing workflows, and automating business processes using Zoho products. Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize solutions using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Analytics Implement and optimize workflows in Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho Social, and Zoho SalesIQ Stay updated with new Zoho features and enhancements to implement best practices Write, test, and optimize Deluge scripts for workflow automation and custom functionalities Develop and integrate Zoho applications with third-party software and APIs Troubleshoot and debug Zoho applications to ensure smooth performance Automate business processes using Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, and CRM workflows Optimize lead management, sales pipelines, and customer engagement strategies using Zoho SalesIQ and Zoho Marketing Automation Implement Zoho Analytics dashboards for data visualization and reporting Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to understand business requirements Document processes, workflows, and best practices for future reference Train internal teams on Zoho functionalities and automation Skills Proven experience as a Zoho Developer with expertise in multiple Zoho applications Proficiency in Deluge scripting for automation and customization Strong knowledge of API integrations and third-party software connections Experience with business process automation and CRM optimization Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Strong communication and documentation skills Zoho certifications are a plus Experience with other CRM and marketing automation platforms Background in software development, IT, or related fields Company Overview At Alyne Group, we help businesses scale smarter through technology, strategy, and performance-driven marketing.
