[Remote] Workday Integration Consultant / Developer

JPS Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party systems. The role involves building complex integrations, developing reports, and collaborating with business teams to ensure secure data exchange.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIBs, Studio, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs
ā¢ Build complex inbound and outbound integrations involving Payroll, HR, and Finance data
ā¢ Develop Workday reports and analytics to support integration processes
ā¢ Monitor and troubleshoot integration errors using Integration Event Logs, Integration Monitor, and Workday Studio logs
ā¢ Implement security best practices, including Integration System Users (ISUs) and domain-level security
ā¢ Handle large data volume integrations, using batching, pagination, and incremental load strategies
ā¢ Document integration designs, technical specifications, and runbooks for operational support
ā¢ Collaborate with business teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and secure data exchange
Skills
ā¢ 10+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations
ā¢ Expertise in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Studio, Core Connectors, SOAP/REST APIs
ā¢ Strong understanding of Workday web services including Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Staffing
ā¢ Experience handling large data volumes and implementing complex integration logic
ā¢ Knowledge of Workday security model, including ISU setup and domain security
ā¢ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Experience with integrations in Financials, Payroll, HCM, and Reporting
ā¢ Excellent communication and documentation skills
