Compensation and Earning Potential

Base Pay: $16.00 per hour
Performance Bonuses: Earn up to an additional $2.00 per hour when you hit your sales goals
Total Earning Potential: Up to $18.00 per hour with bonus achievement

Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of the arenaflex customer service team, you'll be expected to:

Customer Interaction Excellence

Answer incoming phone calls from customers in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner
Listen actively to understand customer needs, preferences, and concerns
Provide accurate product information and make effective recommendations based on customer requirements
Navigate our inventory systems to locate products and check availability
Process orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail and accuracy
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely, satisfactory manner
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they're satisfied with their experience


Sales Performance

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Upsell and cross-sell products and services to enhance customer purchases
Introduce customers to our exclusive VIP Family perks and loyalty programs
Educate customers about new products, promotions, and seasonal offerings
Convert inbound inquiries into successful sales while maintaining customer satisfaction


Product Knowledge & Expertise

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product catalog, including footwear, apparel, accessories, and fitness equipment
Stay current on industry trends, fitness technologies, and athletic performance products
Apply technical knowledge to help customers select appropriate products for their specific activities and needs
Provide guidance on proper fit, sizing, and product care


Operational Requirements

Maintain flexibility in your schedule to accommodate business needs, including days, evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day
Work in a dedicated, distraction-free home office environment
Use Windows-based PC or laptop with reliable high-speed internet connection
Navigate computer software, internet browsers, and internal systems efficiently
Perform basic retail math calculations accurately
Maintain required typing speed and computer proficiency
Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system


Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional telephone presence
Strong active listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment
Basic computer skills including proficiency with Windows operating systems
Ability to navigate internet browsers and multiple software applications simultaneously
