Key Responsibilities

Accurate data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
Follow-up on missing information to process claims in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills
Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise
Compile reports from systems with claims information, analyzing data and providing insights to support business decisions and process improvements

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in basic computer skills and typing
6 months to 1 year of work experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be at least 18 years of age or able to demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract, with a willingness to undergo a background check
High-speed internet connection required, with a dedicated and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions
