Job Responsibilities As aSenior Associate-Digital Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our conversational AI platform and live chat support capabilities.Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading the acquisition and integration of continuous product development efforts: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop product requirements that drive business value and enhance the customer experience. * Influencing client information, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise: Analyze data and industry trends to inform product decisions and drive innovation in our conversational AI platform.* Working with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments. * Defining client stories, guiding product definition, and building comprehensive acceptance criteria: Work with the core product team to develop client stories, define product requirements, and establish acceptance criteria for future feature development. * Leading client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis: Analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive product enhancements.* Breaking down execution metrics that demonstrate the health of the product: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform product decisions. * Maintaining and refining the product backlog: Prioritize product features and develop a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Four-year college degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field: A strong foundation in business, technology, or a related field is essential for this role.* Passion for innovative products and services: You'll need to be excited about creating products that drive business value and improve customer satisfaction. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: You'll need to be able to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions to drive product innovation. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You'll need to be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the organization. * Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment: You'll need to be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.Preferred Qualifications * Experience with conversational AI and live chat support: A background in conversational AI and live chat support is highly desirable for this role. * Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies: You'll need to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the industry. * Experience with agile development methodologies: Familiarity with agile development methodologies is highly desirable for this role.
