FSTONE Technologies is seeking a remote WFH Full Time Technical Support / Customer Service Representative with exceptional typing skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service to join our dynamic team.
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to our clients via phone, email, and chat, and resolve any... issues they may encounter. Additionally, you will also be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems
Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively communicating technical information and solutions in a clear and concise manner
Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
Assist with customer inquiries, order processing, and other administrative tasks as needed
Continuously update and maintain knowledge of services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred
Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
At least 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
