Job Title: Network Security Engineer (CISSP, 10+ yrs, SME Computer Networking)
Location: Remote(US citizens ONLY)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Networking or a related field
• Extensive experience in network engineering and network security
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification
• Strong expertise in enterprise network security architecture, protocols, and controls
Responsibilities
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for network security architecture and engineering initiatives
• Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructures
• Identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and remediation strategies
• Provide guidance on security standards, policies, and best practices
• Support incident response, threat analysis, and security investigations
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure secure system integration
• Review and approve network security designs, configurations, and implementations
Preferred Skills
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network monitoring tools
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network segmentation
• Experience in cloud and hybrid network security environments
