As a Remote Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:
Key Responsibilities
Receiving and processing incoming stock, including unloading and checking shipments against purchase orders and invoices
Picking and filling orders from stock, packaging and shipping orders, and organizing warehouse inventory
Accurately labeling and preparing packages for transport, inspecting stock for damage or defects, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Operating material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers, and complying with safety regulations and company policies
Entering data into computer systems, including inventory management software, and maintaining accurate records
Collaborating with team members to achieve goals and objectives, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution preferred
Ability to operate material handling equipment and fulfill physical requirements of the position, including bending, standing, and lifting
Knowledge of safety practices and safety-related requirements in the warehouse
Ability to operate inventory management software, email, and other relevant computer systems
Effective communication and team working skills are essential
