[Remote] System Administrator (Property Management Systems)

The Judge Group is seeking a Systems Administrative Coordinator to provide reporting validation, systems administration, and operational support for a national hotel sales organization. This role involves managing core sales tools and ensuring accurate reporting and data integrity for the Americas Transient Team.
Responsibilities
• Serve as Systems Administrator for core sales tools, ensuring accurate reporting and data integrity
• Utilize Envision for all accounts
• Navigate Lanyon and other transient RFP platforms
• Translate data across multiple reporting systems into Excel
• Produce polished, accurate presentations using PowerPoint, Prezi, and Publisher
• Manage calendars, process expense reports, coordinate VIP travel, and support client requests
• Draft professional correspondence and ensure precise document translation
Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; strong presentation‑design skills are a plus
• Experience in the following sales tools a plus: Thoughtspot, Envision, Cognos and Cvent Transient
