About the Role:
Babel Audio is hiring voice actors, acting students, and conversational storytellers to participate in engaging role-play conversations that help train cutting-edge AI models. This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity to earn money while using your voice talent!
• Choose your own schedule – Work as little or as much as you’d like! Some participants record 1 hour per week, while others do 40+ hours.
• Work from almost anywhere in the U.S.
Earn up to $70 per recorded hour (pay varies between $20-$70/hr based on project & requirements)!
Who We're Looking For:
• Fluent in American English with a clear, natural, and expressive delivery
• Great conversational skills – You should sound engaging, charismatic, and fun to talk to!
• Speak confidently, smoothly, and naturally—have a warm, intelligent, and charismatic presence
• Ability to make any conversation feel dynamic, interesting, and engaging
• Reliable home recording setup – USB microphone or high-quality headset required
• Strong internet connection (WiFi or Ethernet only – no cellular data)
