Chat/Text Crisis Specialist, 3rd shift

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for individuals in crisis
- Assess crisis contacts via chat/text to evaluate suicide risk and identify community resources
- Conduct follow-up calls for individuals assessed as moderate to high risk for suicide
- Maintain compliance with ethical and clinical standards as per accreditation requirements
- Participate actively in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
- Six months to one year of related crisis experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate through written, verbal, in-person, and virtual methods
- Demonstrated high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
- Knowledge of suicide assessments and crisis intervention techniques
