Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Graphic Designer ā AI trainer to develop and curate high-quality graphic design datasets for AI training. The role involves evaluating AI-generated visual outputs, documenting design processes, and collaborating with AI engineers to refine model outputs.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop, annotate, and curate high-quality graphic design datasets for AI training
ā¢ Evaluate and review AI-generated visual outputs for quality, consistency, and usability
ā¢ Document design processes, visual patterns, and style guidelines to inform AI systems
ā¢ Translate graphic design principles into structured data and training materials
ā¢ Collaborate asynchronously with AI engineers and product teams to refine model outputs
ā¢ Test and validate AI-generated design content, providing clear improvement feedback
ā¢ Integrate emerging design trends and tools into AI-focused workflows
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
ā¢ Strong experience in graphic and digital design across multiple platforms
ā¢ Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
ā¢ Strong experience articulating design principles, workflows, and creative decisions
ā¢ Familiarity with data annotation, AI training workflows, or structured content review
ā¢ Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
ā¢ Comfort working independently in a remote setting
