Key Responsibilities:
Provide real-time assistance to customers via Amazons online chat system
Address inquiries related to orders, products, account management, and technical support
Resolve customer issues efficiently by providing accurate information and troubleshooting guidance
Log and update customer interactions and case notes in Amazons internal systems
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on open... issues and providing timely resolutions
Stay informed about Amazons products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information
Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when needed
Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or virtual assistant role, preferably in an e-commerce environment
Strong proficiency with online chat systems and CRM tools (experience with Amazons systems is a plus)
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple chat conversations at once and prioritize tasks efficiently
Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
