Remote Vietnamese BIL Licensed Health Insurance Agent - $18-$22/hour

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with existing and potential members to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service
Process incoming and outgoing sales-focused phone calls, presenting offers and resolving member issues
Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry developments
Exercise exceptional customer service skills to optimize each contact with members
Hold and maintain required annual state license certification and appointment to sell client products
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required, with additional education preferred
Active and current health or health and life/accident home state license required
Minimum one year of telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service experience
Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to express assurance, confidence, and empathy
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
