[Remote] Vendor Onboarding Specialist (ProcessUnity / Vendor Risk Management)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bayside Solutions is seeking a part-time contractor to support vendor onboarding and maintenance activities. The role involves processing new vendor requests and managing vendor information within the ProcessUnity Third Party Risk Management platform and SAP ERP systems. Responsibilities • Review and process new vendor requests in ProcessUnity • Evaluate vendor details to determine the appropriate assessment workflow, using established criteria and guidance from the Vendor Risk Management lead. • Communicate with vendors to ensure the timely completion of questionnaires. • Follow up with internal reviewers to secure approvals and maintain workflow progress. • Create or update vendor records in the SAP ERP system. • Complete final steps for fully approved assessments and activate vendors in the procurement system. • Support periodic reassessment campaigns for existing vendors whose assessments have expired (typically every 2-3 years). Skills • Experience with ProcessUnity Third Party Risk Management platform or a similar vendor risk/onboarding system. • Familiarity with supplier maintenance in the SAP ERP system. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows. • Excellent communication and follow-up skills with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
