Remote Vacations Concierge
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Concierge (Remote). This is a fully remote role where you will assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences while collaborating with a professional team and reporting to a team lead.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Plan, research, and coordinate customized travel itineraries for clients.
ā¢ Assess client preferences, needs, and budgets to recommend tailored travel options.
ā¢ Book travel services including flights, accommodations, transportation, cruises, and tours.
ā¢ Provide professional client support before, during, and after travel.
ā¢ Resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
ā¢ Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and industry webinars to maintain knowledge and certifications.
ā¢ Collaborate with team members and suppliers to ensure high-quality client experiences.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
ā¢ Reliable internet access and a computer or smartphone.
ā¢ Experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus.
ā¢ Personal travel experience is helpful but not required.
