[Remote] UCS/Storage Engineer 3rd Shift

They are seeking a UCS/Storage Engineer to join their Tier 3 Customer Support team, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to UCS and storage systems while providing support to federal customers during the 3rd shift. Responsibilities • Effectively assess the customer’s situation and help develop an action plan that will result in a resolution. • Take customer calls for support that fall within the network monitoring space, operational and reactive. • Work on backlogs (cases that have accumulated and need to be resolved) which may involve working with other engineers and/or in the virtual lab to reverse-engineer the customer's issue to derive troubleshooting steps for resolution.
