Responsibilities • Operate as a strategic right-hand to the CEO, with a mandate that combines investment leadership, strategy ownership, and people leadership • Manage, mentor, and elevate traders and sub-teams • Ensure risk and performance discipline through process, sizing, drawdown control, and decision clarity Skills • Strong fundamental trading/investing background (sector-agnostic welcome) • Demonstrated risk-taking history (not just research support) • Leadership mindset: coaching, hiring, performance management, standards • Strategic thinking: frameworks, portfolio construction instincts, market awareness • High integrity, high work ethic, low ego • Customized solutions utilizing systematic/tactical strategies.
