Remote Travel Support Counselor - Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Remote Travel Support Counselor to join our November 4, 2024, class. As a Travel Support Counselor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our travelers, ensuring an unforgettable experience that drives loyalty and referrals.
About the Role:
Provide top-notch customer service and support to our travelers via phone, email, and other channels
Manage service calls, assist with reservation changes, educate travelers on tour itineraries, process payments, and respond to inquiries
Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software
Communicate comprehensive information to travelers, including details about our products and policies
Achieve monthly performance goals and demonstrate a strong ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals
Requirements:
1+ years of experience working in either In-person or Remote Call Center
Experience working in the travel industry is a plus
Experience using GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) is preferred
Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer systems
History of consistently attaining performance goals
High attention to detail and a positive attitude
International travel/work experience is preferred
Remote Work Requirements:
Must have hardwired internet (cannot use Wi-Fi)
Landline phone
2mbps internet speed (higher speed preferred)
Located in one of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington
