Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end support for clients, including booking flights, hotels, and excursions, and offering assistance while they are traveling.
Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and health and safety regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Handle travel issues or emergencies with professionalism and poise.
Collaborate with team members and suppliers to enhance the travel planning process and customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.
Qualifications
