Senior Mortgage Processor – Remote Opportunity

Our ideal candidate resides in AZ, CO, FL, HI, or TX, holds an active NMLS license, and has a minimum of 5 years of experience as a broker processor with multiple lenders. If you're looking for a role that offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, with the potential to earn between $700 - $1,300 per file, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Complete and submit initial and closing disclosures • Communicate conditions to borrowers and ensure timely clearance • Analyze credit reports, income, and asset documents, and complete income calculations • Submit applications to multiple lender portals and order necessary items for timely file closure • Meet milestones deadlines and communicate with borrowers, appraisers, insurance agents, and other stakeholders • Follow best practices for communication, deadlines, and compliance, and upload documents to lender portals and Arive Qualifications: • Ability to calculate income for self-employed and real estate backers • Knowledge of submitting files to different lender portals and mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) • Extremely organized with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills • Prior experience as an LOA, Loan Partner, Loan Officer, and/or Underwriter is a plus What We Offer: • Competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year • Potential to earn between $700 - $1,300 per file • Flexible, remote work schedule with independence and no management oversight • Access to a comprehensive system with chatting software, cloud-based phone, 24/7 live receptionist, and more Don't Miss Out!
