Key Responsibilities Listen to audio and video recordings and accurately transcribe the content into written text. Ensure transcripts are error-free, grammatically correct, and formatted according to Scribie’s guidelines. Edit and proofread your work to maintain the highest quality standards. Meet daily or weekly transcription deadlines as assigned. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary client information. Continuously improve transcription skills by learning from feedback and Scribie’s quality benchmarks. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent command of English, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Strong listening and comprehension skills to accurately capture spoken words. Familiarity with transcription tools and software is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable typing at a moderate speed (minimum 40 words per minute preferred). Experience Prior experience in transcription, data entry, or content creation is a plus but not required. Freshers are welcome; Scribie provides guidelines and resources for learning. Working Hours Flexible work-from-home schedule. Part-time position; you can choose your own hours according to your availability. Ability to manage deadlines and submit work on time is crucial.
