[Remote] Total Rewards Analyst

They are seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to manage global benefits administration and support compensation strategies for their HR team.ResponsibilitiesAdminister employee benefit programs globally, covering health & welfare benefits, including life, disability, accident, retirement, wellness and paid time offSupport annual US open enrollment planning and execution, including employee communications and system updatesAssist in managing the Leave of Absence programs in the US and partner with vendors on administrationCollaborate with the Payroll and Finance teams on reporting, invoicing and data transmissionAssist with audits, nondiscrimination testing and benefits-related filings, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulationsRespond to employee benefit inquiries and provide guidance and education on plan offerings and eligibilityPartner with cross-functional HR teams on the annual compensation cycle, from budget inception through delivery to employeesConduct market data activities including job matching, data analytics, job pricing, and survey data submissionProvide support to the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners on compensation-related activities such as new hire offers, promotions, etcPartner with leadership to identify opportunities for process and program improvements for the global Total Rewards strategySkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience1-3 years of experience in compensation and benefitsExperience in the analysis, design, and administration of global compensation and benefits programsExperience supporting global companiesProficiency with Excel, Google sheets, and HRIS systemsExperience with compensation and benefits management tools and related systemsAbility to embrace change and be effective in a fast-paced environmentStrong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasksMindset towards building foundations and creating efficienciesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated and directedBenefitsUnlimited time off to promote a healthy work-life balanceH/D/V coverage along with 401K, FSA, and commuter benefitsFrequent team celebrations and recreation eventsHome internet & phone stipendLearning and development opportunitiesAbility to influence a high-performance company on its way to IPOCompany OverviewRedis is the world's fastest data platform.
