Remote Therapist - California (LMFT, LPC, LMHC)

The Opportunity: Total Life is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LicensedProfessional Counselor, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in California to provide virtual individual and group therapy.We’re looking for clinicians with demonstrated experience supporting clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, life transitions, and medication or pain management. This remote role offers a meaningful opportunity to join a growing group practice, with potential for professional growth and supplemental income. YourRole: • Provide virtual individual and or group therapy • Utilize psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches to improve outcomes • Change the lives of seniorsOur Requirements: • Must have a valid Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family (LMFT),Professional Counselor (LPC) or Mental Health Counselor License in the state of California • At least two years of clinical experience, post-licensure conducting psychotherapy utilizing CBT, DBT and other solution-focused approaches • Must have experience working with clients who are age 65+ • Must possess and provide proof of professional liability insurance/malpractice insurance or will need to purchase a policy prior to hiring.Maintain current liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 claim limit/$3,000,000 aggregate • Must have an active NPI • Must be available to start with a minimum of 10 hours per week • Must be comfortable utilizing technology and providing teletherapy • Existing credentialing with Medicare is a plus • CAQH credentialing already set up is a plus • Must be able to pass a criminal background checkCompensation: • $55-$70 per session based on experience and credentials.
