Remote Chief Financial Officer
HireLatam is seeking a Remote Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial aspects of a leading real estate private equity firm. The successful candidate will drive the firm’s financial strategy, provide guidance on financial planning, risk management, and operational efficiency to support the firm’s growth and investment objectives.
Requirements
• Own all deal-level financial analysis, including underwriting, cash-flow modeling, sensitivity analysis, and return optimization
• Lead debt and equity financing efforts, including construction loans, bridge debt, refinances, and investor capital raises
• Manage relationships with lenders, equity partners, and investors; serve as a primary financial point of contact
• Oversee company-wide financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash management
• Implement and maintain scalable financial systems, controls, and processes to support growth
• Partner with the executive team on strategic planning, capital allocation, and risk management
• Oversee accounting, tax coordination, and compliance functions (with internal staff and external advisors)
