As a Territory Growth Representative, you will lead market entry into Ohio by generating leads and building relationships with healthcare offices.ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through a mix of cold calling, targeted email outreach, and in-person prospect visitsEngage with potential clients to understand their challenges and present customized solutions that align with their needsMaintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, including calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups, within the company’s CRM systemPartner closely with the broader sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growthMonitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and positioningConsistently achieve or exceed established sales targets and performance metricsPrepare and submit weekly and monthly pipeline and performance reports to leadershipDevelop, test, and refine sales outreach templates, including call scripts and email messagingSkillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline and track performanceAbility to read, speak, and hear EnglishWillingness to travel up to 50% throughout Ohio for prospect meetings, events, and presentationsReliable transportation requiredPrevious sales experience (healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service-based industries preferred)Previous sales experience (healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service-based industries preferred)BenefitsPaid Time OffMedical BenefitsSIMPLE IRA, 3% employer matchingCompany OverviewSendaRide provides customized non-emergency medical transportation for the healthcare industry.
