[Remote] Temporary Warehouse Manager

They are seeking a Temporary Warehouse Manager to ensure the smooth flow of procured material and services to support their customer base, focusing on vendor management and operational support. Responsibilities Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment to technicians Schedules repair and maintenance of TSS equipment, and vehicles in support of TSS operations Completes all required documentation and administrative tasks Coordinates field service technician equipment audits Provide technicians with technical and troubleshooting support Respond to TSS customer emergencies on an as need basis Complies with all company policies, practices, and procedures Maintains a productive, professional relationship with all TSS personnel Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned Skills High School Diploma or equivalent Some relevant customer service, mechanical and/or electrical experience Strong interpersonal skills to drive collaboration, commitment and productivity when working with cross functional teams and customers Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to continually learn new services Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision by employing effective time management and prioritization skills Highly effective verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of basic math including geometry and algebra Valid driver's license and good driving record Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite 2-year or 4-year degree preferred Company Overview Technical Safety Services is a biotechnology firm serving biopharma, medical device, academic research and food production sectors.
