Nevada Legal Counsel - Remote

RA & Associates, APC is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Nevada-licensed attorney to assist with the final stages of our Nevada personal injury cases. This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours, ideal for a licensed Nevada attorney looking to supplement their practice with consistent monthly income. Compensation & Benefits: • $8,000 per month + Bonus for up to 10 hours per week (fully remote) • Flexible work schedule. Position Overview: The Nevada Counsel will oversee and handle the final stage of the firm’s personal injury cases. Our team manages all aspects of the case up until demand. At that point, you will review the file, approve and sign retainers as needed, review and sign off on final settlement offers from insurance companies, and ensure all legal requirements are met prior to case closure. You will act as the supervising Nevada attorney for these matters, ensuring compliance and maintaining quality standards throughout the final resolution process. Key Responsibilities: • Review and approve retainers for Nevada personal injury clients. • Review final demands and settlement offers prepared by the firm prior to approval and release. • Sign off on final settlements from insurance companies. • Provide legal oversight on the closing stages of cases to ensure compliance with Nevada state laws. • Monitor case flow for files assigned under your supervision. • Communicate with staff as needed regarding final-stage requirements or corrections. • Maintain timely and efficient handling of cases within the 10-hours-per-week expectation. Requirements: • Active Nevada Bar License (Required). • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in personal injury law. • Strong understanding of Nevada PI statutes, settlement procedures, and ethical requirements. • Ability to review files quickly, accurately, and decisively. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
