Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and provide customer service to callers in a timely and professional manner
Take messages and relay them appropriately to ensure seamless communication
Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with callers and internal teams
Demonstrate professionalism, organization, and time management skills in a fast-paced remote environment
Requirements:
Typing speed of 45+ WPM
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Strong reading skills and attention to detail
Customer service and relations experience
Proficiency in computer literacy and telephone etiquette
Ability to work in a 24/7/365 environment with flexibility in scheduling
High-speed internet connection, computer or laptop, and access to a router with an open port
North Carolina residency required
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish/English skills (a plus, but not required)
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment (not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate)
