[Remote] Product Manager

The Product Manager will drive business outcomes by developing new products and features, collaborating with various teams to enhance the GoCanvas platform and customer experience. Responsibilities Own the delivery and execution of product initiatives within a defined product area or roadmap Partner with stakeholders to understand user needs, workflows, and pain points; translate insights into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs Collaborate with UX, engineering, marketing, sales, and other product managers throughout the product lifecycle — from concept through launch and post-release iteration Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to enable efficient development and high-quality delivery Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination with engineering teams Measure product performance using defined success metrics; analyze usage data, customer feedback, and qualitative insights to inform continuous improvement Monitor competitive offerings and industry trends to help inform roadmap planning and feature enhancements Skills Experience contributing to the delivery of successful software products, ideally in a SaaS environment Working knowledge of Agile product development practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate complex problems into structured solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; technical background is a plus 1+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, or a related role Benefits 13 Company-Paid Holidays Medical Insurance (where the Employee Only level of coverage is free!)
