Remote Telemarketer / Appointment Setter – B2B (HVAC Industry)
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Remote Telemarketer / Appointment Setter specializing in B2B sales within the HVAC industry. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential business clients through outbound and warm calling techniques, effectively communicating the value of our HVAC solutions, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. This position offers a dynamic environment where your persuasive communication skills and technical sales expertise will directly contribute to business growth and customer success. Responsibilities
• Make 200–400 outbound calls per day
• Speak with HVAC business owners (B2B)
• Follow a proven script (while sounding natural)
• Handle basic objections
• Book qualified appointments for our sales team
• Accurately log calls and outcomes
Requirements
• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales, preferably within the technology or HVAC industry
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a clear and engaging phone presence
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for managing leads and tracking activity
• Knowledge of technical sales concepts related to HVAC or technology solutions is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high motivation and productivity levels
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building trust and delivering value during each interaction
