You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our agile technology team to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs * Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions * Provide big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Offer pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique ### Essential Qualifications * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to business groups * Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts * Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement data-driven solutions * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure * Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application in data analysis * Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks * Certification in data science or related field ### What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our colleagues and their loved ones through every stage of life.
