We are seeking motivated, state-specific partners to join our expanding team and manage the full spectrum of telehealth and teledentistry operations in your region.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Clinic Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of assigned telehealth and teledentistry units, ensuring smooth, compliant, and patient-centered care delivery.
ā¢ Patient Coordination: Manage assigned patient caseloads, including scheduling, follow-up, and ensuring a seamless televisit experience.
ā¢ Professional Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between assigned medical/dental professionals and patients, facilitating effective communication and care coordination.
ā¢ Televisit Preparation: Prepare and support patients and providers for telehealth appointments, ensuring all necessary documentation and technology are in place.
ā¢ Insurance Billing & Collections: Handle insurance verification, billing, and collections processes, working to maximize reimbursement and minimize denials.
ā¢ Compliance & Privacy: Adhere to all regulatory, privacy, and security standards, including HIPAA, to protect patient and provider information.
ā¢ Practice Management: Utilize provided digital resources and practice management tools to track performance, patient outcomes, and operational metrics.
ā¢ Continuous Learning: Participate in comprehensive training and assessment programs to ensure understanding of telehealth protocols, compliance, and best practices.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Education/Experience: Open to professionals from diverse backgrounds, including medical students, management practitioners, office managers, medical assistants, dental assistants, or entrepreneurial individuals with a passion for healthcare.
ā¢ Technical Skills: Comfortable with telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and digital communication tools.
ā¢ Communication: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
ā¢ Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving telehealth technologies and protocols.
ā¢ Compliance Mindset: Commitment to upholding privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ Experience in healthcare administration, telehealth, or dental practice management.

Training & Assessment:
