Key Responsibilities
Assist customers inside and outside the arenaflex center with products and services
Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
Move and hook up trucks and trailers
Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services
Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
Install hitches and trailer wiring
Fill propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
Drive a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
Participate in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University
Essential Qualifications
Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Available to work part-time, including holidays and weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer service experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted
