Key Responsibilities
Patient Interaction & Communication

Answer inbound calls, live chat messages, and email inquiries from patients with a courteous, empathetic, and professional tone.
Listen attentively to patients’ concerns, ask clarifying questions, and provide clear, accurate information about dental procedures, treatment plans, and insurance coverage.
Maintain a calm demeanor during high‑volume periods or when handling difficult or emotional callers.
Educate patients on new services, promotions, and preventive care recommendations offered by arenaflex.

Appointment Management & Record‑Keeping

Schedule new patient appointments, follow‑up visits, and specialist consultations using arenaflex’s electronic health record (EHR) system.
Verify patient information, confirm contact details, and ensure all records are entered accurately and promptly.
Coordinate with dental clinicians, front‑desk staff, and billing teams to resolve any scheduling conflicts or documentation discrepancies.

Partner with the dental care team to relay patient feedback, common inquiries, and emerging trends that can inform service enhancements.
Participate in regular team huddles, training sessions, and performance reviews to share best practices and refine support workflows.

Administrative Duties

Maintain a tidy digital workspace and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
Document call outcomes, escalation steps, and any follow‑up actions in arenaflex’s CRM platform.
Assist in preparing periodic reports on call volume, response times, and patient satisfaction metrics.
