Overview of the Internship Program The Lifeway Internship Program is a unique and comprehensive program designed to provide college students and recent graduates with a valuable learning experience that fosters growth both professionally, personally, and spiritually. Job Overview In this internship, you'll assist with digital marketing campaigns, promotional planning, and support for key book launches. You'll work closely with our marketing team to contribute to the success of our faith-based books and gain valuable experience in the Christian publishing industry. Internship Program Details & Requirements • Compensation: Competitive hourly pay rate, with all necessary equipment provided • Work Schedule: Average of 32 hours per week, with core workdays from Tuesday to Thursday • Program Duration: June 2 - August 14, 2025 (11 weeks) • Eligibility: Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, have completed at least two years of study, or be a recent graduate (December 2024 or May 2025) • Development Opportunities: Weekly professional development sessions, including specialized training, mentorship, and leadership development • Remote Structure: Remote position in the U.S., with required in-person attendance for orientation and end-of-summer presentations in Nashville • Application Deadline: Applications due by December 31, with interviews beginning as soon as possible and selections finalized by April 1 Responsibilities • Live out Lifeway's mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work • Assist with planning and executing digital marketing strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote new releases • Provide administrative support for ongoing marketing projects Qualifications • Education: Marketing or related field • Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Preferred Skills: Experience in content marketing or digital advertising, familiarity with the publishing industry Submit Your Application Don't miss this opportunity to make a significant impact in the Christian publishing industry.
