[Remote] Technical Service Engineer -- Night Support

Dematic is looking for a talented Software Support Engineer to provide remote, second level customer support with Dematic's Customer Service team. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues, collaborating with the development team, and providing training sessions for customers on software usage.
