What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Source and recruit for technology and digital teams across various IT skill sets
Manage the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
Collaborate with executive leadership on high-priority roles
Work with a coordinator to facilitate the interview process for candidates
Lead initiatives related to internships, career fairs, and other HR tasks
What Is Required (Qualifications)
3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting
Proficiency in various technical roles, including software engineering and infrastructure engineering
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Proven ability to track and report on open requirements
Experience refining job requirements in collaboration with executive stakeholders
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with Oracle's ATS system
Experience using Monday.com
