The Opportunity As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of our client’s AI-powered data privacy compliance solutions, working closely with both enterprise customers and internal teams (product, engineering, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. You’ll coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and serve as the main point of contact for clients, proactively resolving issues and keeping everyone aligned. Your expertise will help drive successful outcomes and shape the future of privacy technology for leading organizations. What You'll Do • Lead and manage end-to-end product implementations for clients • Coordinate daily with clients and development teams, keeping both sides aligned and accountable • Oversee and coordinate developer activities in a structured way: track tasks, monitor status, and ensure quality and deadlines are met • Act as the main point of contact for delivery, reporting to the VP of Client Delivery • Provide product expertise to clients and serve as a trusted advisor during the implementation phase • Proactively identify and resolve issues, keeping projects on track • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, developers, and senior management • Create and maintain project tracking documentation and regular status reports What You Bring • 2+ years of working experience in Project Management or Software Implementation Management roles in a B2B SaaS product environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with both clients at the VP/C-suite level and internal engineering teams • Technical knowledge related to SaaS products or cloud-based platforms (coding not required) • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple SaaS projects • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, support) • Bachelor’s Degree or higher • Ability and willingness to work ET hours (till 4 pm) • Bonus: background in privacy and knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) Key Success Drivers • High ethical standards, honesty, and transparency • Proactive, energetic, involved in company life, and provides feedback • Customer-centric approach • Comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment • Collaborative team player, commitment to data privacy Why Join? • Competitive compensation: $1,500-$3,000 per month (negotiable depending on your experience and location) • Flexible remote work environment • Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities • Collaborative company culture and a supportive environment for all employees • Proven product-market fit with Fortune 100 customers and established sales processes • Work alongside industry experts and a supportive leadership team • Be part of a mission-driven company that values innovation, transparency, and trust Interviewing Process • HR Screening • Level 1 - 30-minute interview with the Hiring Manager (General fit) • Level 2 - Interview with the Hiring Manager (Skills Assessment) • Reference and Background Checks: conducted after successful interviews • Job Offer: provided to the selected candidate We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity, or expression, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
