[Remote] Technical Product Tester

They are seeking a Technical Product Tester to ensure the quality of their browser extensions and web applications through both manual and automated testing. Responsibilities • Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios for our technical products. • Perform manual testing on websites and browser extensions to identify defects, report issues, and verify fixes. • Ensure that all product features, functionality, and user interfaces meet specifications and requirements. • Work closely with developers to identify and reproduce issues, providing detailed and accurate bug reports. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective communication of testing results. • Continuously monitor and track testing progress and report on testing status. • Participate in regular team meetings, providing status updates and contributing to team discussions. Skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in testing technical products (web applications) • Testing experience with different browsers, Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. • Experience with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA or Trello. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality. • Knowledge in using tools such as Puppeteer and Selenium is a plus.
