As a Remote Tax Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and reviewing complex tax returns, analyzing estate plans, and minimizing tax exposure for our Restaurant Group clients. You'll work closely with our team of professionals to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services and build strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and review Forms 1041, 709, and 706 Tax Returns for Fiduciary, Gift, and Estate clients Simultaneously manage multiple client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of tax services Review and analyze estate plans to identify opportunities for tax optimization Review Trust Structures to minimize federal and state income tax exposure Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to client engagements Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and quality in tax services delivery Essential Qualifications Active CPA certification 5+ years of experience in public accounting, preferably with a focus on tax services Proficiency with CCH, Quickbooks, RIA Checkpoint, and Microsoft Office Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related curriculum Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Restaurant Group or other complex industries Knowledge of estate planning and trust taxation Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical, business, and soft skills.
