[Remote] Task Lead/Scrum Master

As a Task Lead/Scrum Master, you will guide agile teams, facilitate collaboration, and ensure adherence to Agile principles to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Leads daily scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and sprint planning sessions to ensure team alignment and progress
ā¢ Facilitates sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to optimize team performance
ā¢ Guides the team in Agile methodologies, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement
ā¢ Collaborates with product owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations
ā¢ Tracks and reports on team progress using Azure DevOps and other relevant tools
ā¢ Fosters effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders
ā¢ Champions DevSecOps practices, ensuring security is integrated into the development lifecycle
ā¢ Act as Task Lead for assigned workstreams under the TO
ā¢ Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, QA, cyber, and operations
ā¢ Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
ā¢ Support execution of program management rhythms and reporting
ā¢ Ensure alignment between product priorities and delivery capacity
ā¢ Drives continuous improvement initiatives based on data and feedback
ā¢ Manages backlog and flow management to streamline the development process
ā¢ Creates Metric and presents Reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement
ā¢ Applies project management principles to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
ā¢ Manages Stakeholder Management by communicating project status, risks, and dependencies
ā¢ Exhibits Team Leadership by motivating team members and fostering a collaborative environment
Skills
ā¢ Possessing an active DOD Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
ā¢ 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master
ā¢ 5 years experience of leading a team
ā¢ Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
ā¢ Scrum Master certification (CSM, or SAFe)
ā¢ Experience with Azure DevOps or similar agile project management tools
ā¢ Experience in implementing and scaling Agile methodologies within an organization
ā¢ In-depth knowledge of Scrum and other Agile methodologies
ā¢ Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate effective meetings
ā¢ Proficiency in backlog and flow management
ā¢ Ability to create and interpret Metrics
ā¢ Understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices
ā¢ Strong task leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor team members
ā¢ Excellent stakeholder management skills
ā¢ Solid understanding of project management principles
