[Remote] Talent Acquisition Specialist

They are seeking an Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting for home health clinicians and to connect compassionate clinicians with meaningful careers.ResponsibilitiesSupport full-cycle recruiting for home health clinicians (RNs, PTs, OTs, and STs)Source candidates through job boards, social media, and community outreachScreen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate fitPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and prioritiesBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidatesAssist with onboarding and credentialing processesParticipate in hiring events and job fairs (some travel required)Manage and prioritize a high-volume workload (up to 50 requisitions)SkillsCollege education required (or currently pursuing)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentTech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ATS systemsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-starter with a team-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently in a remote environment with a dedicated home officeHome health or healthcare experience requiredBenefitsPTOMileage reimbursement (for events/travel)Data stipendEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Company OverviewConcierge Home Care specializes in cardiac care, chronic pulmonary care, diabetic care, neurological care, and occupational therapy.
